  Optical Character Recognition (OCR): For medical diagnostic reports and receipts, PaddleOCR is utilized for optical character recognition, including text and form detection, text recognition, and key information extraction. This process enables the analysis of form information, improving the efficiency of data entry personnel in verifying forms.

• 語音識別與去噪技術：應用語音識別與語音去噪技術，針對遠距投保、電話訪問和客服等語音交互場景，開發語音文字質檢工具，提升質檢人員在話術驗證方面的效率。
  Speech Recognition and Noise Reduction: By applying speech recognition and noise reduction technologies, speech-to-text quality assurance tools are developed for remote insurance applications, telephone interviews, and customer service interactions, improving the efficiency of quality assurance personnel in verifying language proficiency.

• 智慧服務型機器人與AI智能助理：開發針對圖像、自然語言處理和語音處理的ML/DL應用，提升服務機器人與智能助理的互動體驗。

• 惡意廣告與騷擾電話識別：應用深度學習模型偵測惡意訊息，有效提升辨識準確度。

• 聲紋識別與語音去噪：整合SincNet、Kaldi、以及Facebook的Denoiser等模型，並採用aishell、ESC-50等數據集進行優化，使聲紋識別準確度達到0.94，應用於家用型服務機器人。
